MALFORD HARRIS

Malford leads the Business Support Unit and Corporate Team. He has worked in company and commercial law since the early Seventies and has dealt with almost every aspect of non-contentious business law; he specialises in contracts and commercial agreements, transaction work and corporate finance and advises public sector organisations on commercial practice.

PETER LOWE

Peter is in charge of the litigation/dispute resolution team. Involved and specialising in this kind of work for over 30 years, Peter is the contentious counterpart to Malford, and has acted for both claimants and defendants in business dispute cases, in the High Court, Mercantile Court and Technology and Construction Courts. He is a council member of the Birmingham Law Society.
